Timelinx the Holiday Club People who have provided guest services and reservations for several holiday clubs, Companies and staff associations such as Designer Way Vacation Club, Freedom Vacation Network, Travel Saver, My Wings, Discovery, Cadbury Schweppes and the UK Prison Officers Service have opened their new state of the art UK guest services and reservation centre.

The brand new four hundred and thirty square meter two floor office suit in Halesowen, Birmingham represents an investment of just over one million pounds and is designed to welcome guests as visitors, as well as being a traditional call centre. The centre is fully equipped to receive disabled guest as well as able and there is ample car parking.

Investment has been made to provide the Companies associates with an ergonomically designed work space to assist them in providing a fast and efficient reservation service for the Company’s guests.

Lynne Kirby, head of UK reservations said “I have been employed as a professional in the travel and tourism industry for more than thirty years, in that time I have seen many changes and developments and it as been generally accepted that a call centre is not considered “front of house” in travel hence have not been great places to work. By investing in building such a fantastic centre the Company has demonstrated its commitment to a quality environment for its staff which will reflect in the quality of their work with our guests.”

More great news is that the new centre will create ten new jobs for local people immediately and up to a further forty during the next year as guest services are expanded due to the rapidly increasing sales of, in particular Designer Way Vacation Club.
